We are one of 34 National Register Historic Districts in Tucson. Many volunteer hours went into obtaining this designation, which was acquired in 2003. As a result, not only do we have that unique status, it provides certain benefits to owner-occupied homes that are at least 50 years old and considered “contributing” properties.
